My name is Irina Chala — a woman who moves, feels, dances, and lives in the rhythm of inspiration. I am 33 years old. I was born in the magical Altai region of Russia, in the city of Barnaul, and for the past 8 years, I have been living in the United Arab Emirates — a place where tradition gently intertwines with the future, and every day is filled with sunlight and new possibilities.
Movement and discipline have shaped my life since childhood. I was a professional athlete and earned the title of Master of Sports of Russia. Throughout my life, I’ve achieved many things — in sports, education, and dance. I hold three degrees: in economics, choreography, and currently in body-oriented psychotherapy. But my greatest achievements are not medals or diplomas — they are people. The real victories are the results I see in my students: in children, in teenagers, in women.
I work as a choreographer and sports coach, guiding children, teens, and adults. A special part of my heart belongs to working with women. I deeply believe that every woman should dance — because in movement, she reconnects with her true self, her strength, her softness, and her freedom.
I am the founder of the project "The Woman Who Dances" — it’s not just about dance, it’s about transformation. This project combines open conversations, authentic stories, and emotional expression through movement. When a woman dances, something magical happens: she comes home to herself, and her inner light begins to shine.
I'm inspired by the poetry of life — by the human body, by nature, by sincere emotions and deep connection. But most of all, I’m inspired by my students. By the way a child gains confidence, how a teenager learns to express, how a woman blossoms when she feels safe and free. This is where I find true meaning in my work.
Participating in a beauty contest is not just about the stage — it’s about being seen and heard. It’s a chance to share what truly lives inside me: the message that every woman is unique, powerful, and beautiful when she is simply herself. If this platform helps me scale this idea and reach more hearts — then I know I’m exactly where I need to be.
