I’m a passionate osteopath with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy in London and a postgraduate qualification in Women’s Health. My journey has taken me from London to Paris, Hong Kong, and Melbourne, and I now practice in Dubai, offering tailored care for women and children through every stage of life. I work within a multidisciplinary clinic to ensure each patient receives the most comprehensive and collaborative care possible.
With a background in ballet and ballroom, I integrate movement therapy into my treatments to support recovery, build confidence, improve day-to-day movement, and support mental health. I’m certified in the Mummy MOT®️ and trained in the original Contrology method by Joseph Pilates. I am grateful to have been taken to different countries to learn, share knowledge, and empower each of my patients. I’m deeply committed to women’s health, paediatrics, and the transformative power of mindful movement. My goal is to provide care that is safe, effective, and truly personalised.
Today, I’m stepping outside my comfort zone to remind women that their voice, their story, and their strength matter. Through my journey across countries and cultures, I’ve learned that confidence comes not from perfection, but from showing up with purpose. I’m here to encourage every woman to embrace all that she is and all that she has to offer.
