My name is Sandra, I’m 35 years old. I’m a Professional NPC Bikini model, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and Entrepreneur of International Fitness trips.
For me, fitness is not just about workouts and building muscles. I love sculpting the body — creating beautiful lines, posture, and movement. I love the process of transforming the body into a harmonious image.
But the stage became part of my life long before competitive sports.
As a teenager, I took part in fashion shows presenting wedding and evening dresses. Later, I graduated from Pedagogical University Irkutsk ( Russia ) as a Teacher of Choreography for children. I worked as an entertainer, dancer, and performed in show programs.
Over time, the stage simply took different forms: fitness competitions, shoots, advertising projects, music videos, and even a movie once.
I truly love everything connected with femininity and beauty: dressing beautifully, wearing heels, choosing statement outfits, doing makeup, and creating different looks. For me, looking good is not just the result of training — it is part of the whole image, a way to represent yourself beautifully and express your individuality.
Maybe that is why I have always been drawn to lights, cameras, and the stage.
It is very important to have a space where I can express myself. Through sport, fashion shows, shoots, or the stage — the form may change, but that feeling of self-expression is something I truly love and value.
